ORDER

This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition imposed by this Court in para No.6(b) that "the Petitioner shall report before the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" in Crl.O.P.No.31821 of 2025 dated 13.03.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that she has no objection in modifying the condition.

3. Considering the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the nature of the offence, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed in para No.6(b) of the order dated 13.03.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.31821 of 2025. Accordingly, the condition that "the Petitioner shall report before the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall report before the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai once a week on Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders". The other conditions imposed earlier shall remain unaltered.
