O R D E R

Pursuant to the sale deed executed in favour of the petitioner on 7.3.2012 in respect of the vacant house site in plot No.4 in S.No.61 situated at Pondur village, Sriperumpudur Taluk, Kancheepuram District, an application was made by by her on 3.2.2013 to the respondent seeking transfer of patta in her name. It was followed by another representation dated 19.8.2014. Despite the same, as no action is forthcoming, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. Considering the pendency of the application dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.2.2013 and the representation dated 19.8.2014 made by the petitioner before the respondents, a direction is hereby issued to the 1st respondent to consider the said application dated 5.2.2013 and the representation dated 19.8.2014 and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the person in whose name the patta stands as of now in respect of the above said property.
