ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed a direction directing the Subordinate Judge, Tambaram, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.48 of 2014, within the stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and 1/3

the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the limited scope of prayer sought for in this petition, this Court directs the Subordinate Judge, Tambaram, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.48 of 2014, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of.
