ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction directing the third respondent herein to register FIR on the petitioner's complaint dated 24.11.2023 as per the order dated 24.04.2024 passed in C.M.P.No.1745 of 2024 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur and investigate the same and file final report before the trial Court. 2.

On instruction, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that on the petitioner's complaint, FIR has been registered in Crime No.10 of 2025 on the file of the third respondent police.

Recording the said submission, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed. The third respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file final report within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
