ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, imposed on the petitioners by an order dated 11.09.2020 in Crl.Op.No.14162 of 2020. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.Op.No.14162 of 2020, on 11.09.2020 is modified. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police station on the first day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5.With the above directions, this criminal original petition is ordered.
