This criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records in connection with the C.C.No.112/2021 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Krishnagiri and quash the same. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the petitioner is the second accused in C.C.No.112 of 2021 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Krishnagiri and he filed a petition for discharge from the offences that is pending there.

In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this criminal original petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
