ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed alleging noncompliance of the order dated 27.01.2021 passed in W.P. No.1589 of 2021. On 21.08.2023, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.Arjun Suresh, learned Advocate Commissioner, filed his report dated 19.08.2023. From a perusal of the same, more so, page nos.37 and 38 containing photographs which are titled as Annexure - I, we are convinced that the buildings have been demolished. As far as Annexures G & H are concerned, it is clear that what is there is only a small bund, which cannot be considered as an encroachment.

In view of the above, this contempt petition stands closed. .
