This application has been filed to permit the first applicant/ first petitioner to execute bond, on behalf of the second applicant/ second petitioner herein, in due compliance of the order of this Court dated 28.04.2025 in the above captioned O.P.

Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and being satisfied with the same, the application is ordered as prayed for. Time for execution of the bond is extended till 17.07.2025.
