ORDER

This contempt was taken against an interim order of this Court dated 20.04.2022 passed in CMP.Nos.13714, 13717 & 13718 of 2020 in CRP(PD) No.2179 of 2020, wherein this Court has provided visitation right to the petitioner. However, this Court is informed that on 22.09.2022, the CRP itself has been disposed of by this Court, and in this final order, no visitationu right has been granted to the petitioner.

2. Since the interim order merges with the final order, this Court does not consider that the interim order survives for consideration beyond the date of final order, and hence, this Court cannot take cognizance of the alleged contempt of the interim order.
