Heard both and perused the records.
2. This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to implement the order passed by the second respondent.
3. It is seen that the application of the petitioner for issuance of patta was rejected by the third respondent and that the same was reversed by the second respondent.
4. The learned Government Advocate submits that the order passed by the second respondent was set aside by the first respondent by order dated 17.2.2018 and a copy of the order dated 17.2.2018 is produced before this Court for perusal. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
