Crl.M.P.No.12463 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.22165 of 2017 N.SATHISH KUMAR.J., This petition has been filed to substitute the petitioners in the place of petitioner in the criminal original petition who died during the pendency of the criminal original petition.

2. This Court, after perusing the affidavit filed in support of the petition, is of the view that this petition has to be allowed in order to give an opportunity to the petitioners to establish their case.

Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
