The instant writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent to revoke the suspension order issued in proceedings No.1416/A1/2024 dated 25.03.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was suspended from service on 25.03.2024. Despite being under suspension for over a year, the respondents have not initiated any action to review the suspension. In this regard, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 29.04.2025, which is yet to be considered by the first respondent.

3. At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would fairly submit that the first respondent would consider the the said representation of the petitioner within a reasonable time.

4. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

5. In view of the submission made by the learned Government 2/4

Advocate, without going to the merits of this Writ Petition, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.04.2025 in the light of the applicable Rules and Government Orders, and pass orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. In the result, this Writ Petition is disposed of the above directions. No costs.
