Respondent Prayer: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.15352 of 2020 dated 29.09.2020.

O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, in Crl.O.P.No.15352 of 2020 dated 29.09.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner is complying with the the conditions. 4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15352 of 2020 dated 29.09.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30.a.m until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
