ORDER

This case has been heard through video conference This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.6246 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.12395 of 2020 dated 14.10.2020 directing the petitioner to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30A.M., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for modification of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.6246 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.12395 of 2020 dated 14.10.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

directed to report before respondent police every Monday at 10.30 A.M., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original petition is ordered.
