2. Mediation report along with Mediation agreement is received, wherein the matter has been settled between parties.

3. As per terms of the agreement, the accused has paid a sum of Rs.15,000/- to the complainant and respondent has issued a receipt dated 10.10.2022 for the same. The complainant is entitled to withdraw the amount of Rs.46,650/- which is lying in Criminal Court deposit before Judicial Magistrate Court / Fast Track Court No.I, Coimbatore on filing necessary application. For which there is no objection by the counsel for the accused.
