This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14634 of 2024, dated 21.06.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel and the charge sheet has also been filed. Hence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.14634 of 2024, dated 21.06.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, once in a week i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
