PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records relating to proceedings of Resolution No.117 of 2018 dated 24.01.2018 in pursuant to the Rule 7-A clause 1. Eligibility to contest election i.e., only advocate, who has

been in practice for a continuous period of 10 years as an advocate are entitled to contest in the election of amended rule of Bar Council of Tamilnadu and Puducherry Conduct of Election Rules Resolution passed by 3rd respondent as its meeting held on 24.01.2018 and quash the same.
