The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking exemption from surrendering pursuant to the sentence passed against the petitioner judgment dated 11.03.2020 passed by the learned IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore in Crl.A.No.434 of 2018 confirming the judgment dated 05.09.2018 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Fast Track Court No.I at Magisterial Level, Coimbatore in C.C.No.333 of 2017 convicting and sentencing the petitioner herein to undergo six months Simple Imprisonment and fine of Rs.10,000/- in default to undergo two months Simple Imprisonment, pending disposal of the above Criminal Revision Petition.

2.This Court, by order dated 21.12.2020, had suspended the sentence of the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.8577 of 2020 in Crl.R.C.No.1227 of 2020. In view of the above, the petitioner is exempted from surrendering before the Lower Court. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
