ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 417 & 406 of IPC by the respondent police in Crime No. Not Known of 2020, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that petition enquiry is pending in Current Paper No.639 against the petitioner.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, the respondent Police is directed to complete the enquiry, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

a copy of this order and if any prima facie case is made out against the petitioners, the respondent police shall register the First Information Report or close the petition enquiry.
