Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to treat the Dearness Allowance received at the time of retirement as Dearness Pay for computing pension and prayed for extension of the same relief as conferred in G.O.Ms.Nos.272 and 273 finance (Pension) Department dated 15.06.98 to the members of the petitioner Association by granting all pensionary benefits and arrears accrued there on with effect from their date of retirement.
