(Order of the court was made by N.KIRUBAKARAN.J.,) The matter is heard through "Video Conference". 2.This Writ Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the impugned complaint in Complaint No.274/2020 on the file of the 1st respondent and to quash the same. 3.When the matter is called today, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner submitted that the matter has been settled and the same is confirmed by the learned standing counsel appearing on behalf of the 1st Respondent stating that the complainant has withdrawn the complaint. 4.In view of the above representations made by the learned counsel appearing on both sides, this Writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
