ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking an early disposal of the case in H.M.O.P.No.103 of 2024, pending on the file of the Principal Family Court, Coimbatore.

2. Since no adverse order is passed against the respondent in this civil revision petition, notice to the respondent is dispensed with by this Court.

3. Earlier, in this revision, this Court, by its order, dated 12.08.2025, directed the Registry to call for a report from the Principal Family Judge Court, Coimbatore to indicate the outer time limit required to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.103 of 2024. As directed by this Court, the Principal Family Court, Coimbatore, by its report, dated 22.08.2025 addressed to the Registrar General of this Court has stated that six months is enough for disposing of the said HMOP.

4. In terms of the said report, this Court, directs the Principal Family Court, Coimbatore, to dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.No.103 of 2024, within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the aforesaid direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
