Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL A.300/2018 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed in SC No.23 of 2015 dated 26.04.2018 passed by the 1st Additional District and Sessions Judge, Vellore and enlarge the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the above CRL A.300/2018.
