ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking for police protection.
2. It is seen from records that the petitioner and the second respondent, who were in love with each other have married. This is opposed by the parents of the petitioner and they along with their relatives are causing threat to the petitioner and her husband. The petitioner had given a complaint before the respondent police on 20.06.2019, seeking for police protection. Since no action has been taken, the present petition has been filed, seeking for appropriate directions.
3. In the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to immediately call the parties for an enquiry and advice the parents of the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
not to interfere with the life of the petitioner. If, in spite of the same, any threat is exerted by the parents or relatives of the petitioner, immediate action shall be taken against them and if necessary, police protection shall also be given to the petitioner.
4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a above directions.
