The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 14.06.2022 for the offences punishable under Section 174 of Cr.P.C. @ Section 302 of IPC in Crime No.171 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the deceased who slept in the night was found dead in the morning suspiciously. Hence, the complaint.
3. There are totally two accused, in which the petitioner is arrayed as A1. A1 had illegal intimacy with A2. Due to which, they decided to do away the life of the husband of the A1/petitioner herein. The petitioner administered poison to the deceased and murdered him with the help of A2.
4. Considering the fact that the petitioner has committed very serious offence as against her own husband and further this is the second bail petition and there is no change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
