This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking protection from the police harassment.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police states that the petitioner was called for enquiry on the complaint given by the 4th respondent, however after enquiry, the same has been closed. The petitioner had given a complaint against the 4th respondent and the same has been registered in C.S.R.No.1237 of 2024 by the 2nd respondent. Hence the presence of the petitioner may be required. If the petitioner appears for enquiry on his complaint, same will be dealt in accordance with law, otherwise there is no harassment by the 2nd respondent as alleged in the petition.

This Court after considering the said submissions, disposes this Criminal Original Petition with direction to the 2nd respondent to enquire the complaint of the petitioner in C.S.R.No.1237 of 2024 and proceed in accordance with law.
