This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 28.07.2006 passed by first respondent, thereby rejected the application filed by the petitioner for grant of mini bus permit. 2.

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous and nothing survive in this writ petition.

Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no orders as to costs.
