Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, after calling for the records of the preliminary Award dated 15.05.2019 and final Award dated 06.12.2019 in I.D.No.47 of 2011 passed by the learned II Additional Labour Court and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to reinstate the petitioner in service with back wages, continuity of service and all other attendant benefits.

ORDER
