This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the 4 th respondent to fix a date for second medical test for the petitioner as per the 1st respondent letter No.37449/Pol.3/20203, dated 27.10.2020 and also by considering the petitioner's representations dated 29.09.2020 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that the petitioner has already attended the second medical test on 18.12.2020 wherein it is found that he is unfit for defective colour vision.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is unaware of the result of the second medical test conducted on 18.12.2020.

4. In view of the submission made by the counsel for the respondents, the same is taken on file. No further orders are required for further adjudication in this writ petition. If the petitioner is aggrieved with the order of this Court, it is open to him to challenge the same in accordance with law. The writ petition is dismissed accordingly. No costs.
