The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.11.2020 and issue patta in favour of the petitioner's property and consequently not to take any coercive steps with regard to the petitioner's property situated at MBT Road, Katteri Village, Bagavelli Panchayat, Valajapet Taluk, Ranipet District,comprised in Survey Number 118.
2. When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, Mr. Annai Ezhil, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the 3rd respondent had issued a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
notice calling upon the petitioner to appear for enquiry on 24.12.2020 at 11.00 a.m. and that the 3rd respondent would pass orders in accordance with law.
3. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, I direct the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.11.2020 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after conducting enquiry, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
