Accordingly, these Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed and I.D.Nos.50, 51 and 52 of 2021 pending on the file of the Labour Court, Madurai is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the III Additional Labour Court, Chennai to be tried along with O.P.No.270 of 2021. No Costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
