3. Heard the learned counsels on either side.
4. In the Civil Revision Petition, only the plaintiff was arrayed as respondent. Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 27.07.2022, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition was filed for arraying the other defendants as respondents. The 6th defendant has preferred the Civil Revision Petition before this Court.
