This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file charge sheet / final report in Crime No.84 of 2012 pending on the file of the respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Today, Mrs.E.Saritha, Sub-Inspector, ALGBC, Kancheepuram District is present.

4. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation in Crime No.84 of 2012 is almost completed and if some time is granted by this Court, the final report would be filed by the respondent police. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to file the final report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
