This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.2256 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.21558 of 2022 on 16.02.2023 to report before the respondent police on 1st and 15th working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until filing of the final report and also appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police on 1st day of every month at 10.30 a.m., and also appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail, until further orders.
