O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The allegation of the petitioner is of mining beyond the license by respondent No.4.

2. Respondent No.1 to look into the representation of the petitioner dated 25.05.2012 after getting the site inspected and if the grievance still survives, to take action in accordance with law after notice to all concerned.

3. The exercise be completed within a period of three months of the receipt of this order.

4. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2012 is closed.
