Mr.L.S.M.Hasan Fizal, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents and submits that appropriate orders will be passed in the light of the decisions rendered in W.P.(MD).No.1234 of 2014 dated 24.02.2015 in W.A.(MD).No.931 of 2018 dated 12.07.2018 and in SLP.No.323 of 2019 dated 18.01.2019.
2. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate for the respondents, this Writ Petition is disposed by directing the second respondent to consider the representation dated 08.11.2019 of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in the light of the aforesaid decisions of this Court within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
