O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to receive the application of the petitioner dated 23.11.2020 in Form CCPA and the prescribed fee for the grant of a Autorickshaw permit to operate the vehicle within the radius of 30 K.M. distance from Hosur Town Bus Stand, Krishnagiri. 2.Mr. R. Srinivasalu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondent is refusing to receive the application submitted by the petitioner seeking for the license of Auto rickshaw permit.

3. Mr. E. Parameswaran, learned Government Advocate, taking notice for the respondent submitted that the respondent may be directed to receive the application submitted by the petitioner and pass orders in accordance with law, after conducting enquiry.

4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

regard to the merits of the case, I direct the respondent to receive the application dated 23.11.2020 submitted by the petitioner and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after conducting enquiry within a period of three weeks from the date of submission of the application. With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
