ORDER

The 1st respondent-Tahsildar, Villupuram, has filed a status report indicating that the impugned notice issued to the writ petitioner under Sections 6 and 7 of the Land Encroachment Act, 1905 stands withdrawn, since the land in occupation of the petitioner does not fall under the classification of Government land as per the revenue records.
