Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the representation dated 09.09.2021 regarding to disburse the compensation sum payable to the petitioner for the lands comprised in survey Nos.237/1G, 237/1, 237/38, 237/47, 237/53, 237/60, 237/70, 237/83, 3237/88, 237/97, 237/113, 237/121, 237/122, 237/123 at Vallam 'A' Village, Block IV, Sriperumbudur Taluk, Kancheepuram and survey Nos.238/3M, 238/5M, 238/16, 238/31, 238/32, 238/33, 238/46, 238/59, 238/60, 238/72, 238/88, 238/117, 238/125, 238/137 and 238/140 at Vallam A and B Village, Block VII, Sriperumbudur Taluk, Kancheepuram District measuring to the total extent of 5.89 acres or 2,56,425 sq.ft. as per the G.O. (Ms).No.85 dated 17.04.

2013 from the date of issuance of land acquisition notice under Section 3(1) dated 13.12.2011 and 16.12.2011 along with statutory interest under Section 12 of the Act 10 of 1999 (Tamilnadu Acquisition of Lands for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997) within the time fixed by this Court. ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the representation dated 09.09.2021 regarding to disburse the compensation sum payable to the petitioner for the lands comprised in survey Nos.237/1G, 237/1, 237/38, 237/47, 237/53, 237/60, 237/70, 237/83, 3237/88, 237/97, 237/113, 237/121, 237/122, 237/123 at Vallam 'A' Village, Block IV, Sriperumbudur Taluk, Kancheepuram and survey Nos.238/3M, 238/5M, 238/16, 238/31, 238/32, 238/33, 238/46, 238/59, 238/60, 238/72, 238/88, 238/117, 238/125,

238/137 and 238/140 at Vallam A and B Village, Block VII, Sriperumbudur Taluk, Kancheepuram District measuring to the total extent of 5.89 acres or 2,56,425 sq.ft. as per the G.O. (Ms).No.85 dated 17.04.2013 from the date of issuance of land acquisition notice under Section 3(1) dated 13.12.2011 and 16.12.2011 along with statutory interest under Section 12 of the Act 10 of 1999 (Tamilnadu Acquisition of Lands for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997) within the time fixed by this Court.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.09.2021 and after giving them opportunity of hearing and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
