This petition has been filed for modification of the condition to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties each for a like sum, on the ground that the petitioner is able to produce only one surety and there is nobody else to stand as a surety for the petitioner.

2. In that view of the matter, the condition in Crl.M.P.No.7658 of 2020 in C.A.No.487 of 2020 dated 18.12.2020 is modified as follows:- (i) The petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- as cash surety and produce one more surety for a sum of Rs.10,000/- .

3. Accordingly, the order dated 18.12.2020 has been modified and a period of two weeks time from the date of receipt of a copy of this order is also granted to comply with the condition.
