This petition is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, to condone the delay of 410 days in filing the Criminal Revision Petition against the order dated 17.03.2021 passed by the District and Sessions Judge, Nagapattinam in Crl.M.P. No.851 of 2021.

2. Mr. R. Vinothraja, learned Government Advocate (Crl Side), who takes notice on behalf of the respondent did not raise any serious objection and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the petition is allowed.
