Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to (i)To DIRECT respondents 1 and 2 to forthwith permit the appellant to function as the Hereditary Trustee of Arulmigu Chinnamman and Periamman Temples at Annur village, (in CMP.No.16217/2019)and (ii)To STAY the operation of the judgment and decree dated 07.02.2019 made in OS.No.635/2012 on the file of the I Additional Subordinate Court, Coimbatore, (in CMP.No.16218/2019) (in CMP.No.16218/2019)pending disposal of the above AS.No.16218/2020 respectively.
