ORDER

This Insolvency Petition was filed to adjudicate the debtors herein as an insolvent and to direct that her estate to be administered by the Official Assignee, High Court, Madras.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would request that this matter may be dismissed as not pressed, since the matter was settled out of Court. With regard to the same, he had made an endorsement in the petition.

3. In view of the above submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Insolvency Petition is dismissed as not pressed. No costs.
