W.A. No. 3547 of 2023 Government Pleader for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ appeal stating that the respondent has settled the arrears invoking the Samadhan Scheme. He has also made an endorsement in the case bundle to that effect.

In view of the above submission and the endorsement made by the learned Special Government Pleader for the appellant, the writ appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
