ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction forbearing the respondents 1 to 6 from laying any road on the northern side Bank of the Beemarapatti Lake in Survey No.44 at Mallasamudram Melmugam Village, Tiruchengode Taluk, Namakkal District and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 6 not to interfere with the agricultural activities of the petitioner in his patta lands in survey Nos.18/1, 18/2, 18/3, 17/7, 45/4 at Mallasamudram Melmugam Village, Tiruchengode Taluk, Namakkal District.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of 2/4

this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
