This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in FIR Crime No.124 of 2013 pending investigation before the 1st respondent and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the investigation in Crime No.124 of 2013 has been completed and the charge sheet is ready. If that is so, the respondent police is directed to file a final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
