by the second respondent herein in his proceedings in RFL/Kaadampuliyur/16/2020 dated 02.12.2020 and quash the same and consequently direct the second respondent herein to receive and register the settlement deed dated 02.12.2020 executed by the petitioner herein in favour of her daughter S.Vasuki and return the same and pass such further orders. Today, 20.06.2024, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.

2. In view of the above submission coupled with the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
