O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing for the respondents.

3.Today, Mr.D.Baskaran, Sub Inspector of Police, Mettupalayam Police Station, Coimbatore District is present before this Court. On instructions, learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] submitted that the petitioner is running a SPA. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

But, however, there is no petition or complaint is pending against this petitioner.

4.In view of the above, the respondent Police shall not unnecessarily harass the petitioner, as long as the petitioner does not violate any law.
