2. Even today, i.e., on 24.04.2024, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for non prosecution.

3. The revision petitioner/accused shall surrender before the trial Court viz., Special Court for Land Grabbing / Special Judicial Magistrate, Salem, within 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order / uploading of the order, failing which, the Trial Court shall take steps to secure his presence for serving the remaining period of sentence.
