ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.13571 of 2026 dated 22.05.2026 directing the Petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily at 10 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner attempted to comply with the condition, however, she was not allowed and hence prays to modify the condition directing the petitioner to appear before the learned V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent Police has strongly objected for modification stating that the petitioner has not at all complied the condition even for a single day.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner has not at all complied the condition even for a single day, this Court is not inclined to consider the prayer of the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. 17-06-2026 MJS Note:
